How do I create a Xwedoc account?
Sign up for free in a few seconds, no card required for the free plan. You then create your family space and invite your relatives by link or email.
How do I add a document?
From the app, import an existing file (PDF, image) or use the built-in scanner: take a photo of the document, it's automatically converted to a PDF, with a suggested category and date.
How many members can I invite to my family?
4 members on the free plan, 10 with Premium Family, and unlimited with Premium Plus. You can also link your space to other families (in-laws).
Are my documents really secure?
Yes: password, PIN code, or Face ID authentication, plus two-factor authentication on paid plans. You decide exactly who has access to each document.
What happens if the space owner passes away?
The owner can leave a will (text for everyone, audio or video on paid plans) and designate trusted moderators, who can then request access to the documents for the family.
Can I use Xwedoc on mobile?
Yes: download the iOS or Android app for an optimized experience, or use Xwedoc directly in your phone's browser, no installation needed.
